The Milwaukee Milkmen are seeking a Host Family Coordinator for their inaugural 2019 season. Vital to the organization, this position helps place our incoming players from all over the country and internationally with local families willing to share their home over the course of the summer. As the Host Family Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and communicating with prospective local families interested in hosting a player this summer (familiarity with Franklin and the surrounding area is preferred)
  • Maintaining a spreadsheet of contact information for current and interested families
  • Along with the Manager and GM, assist in placing players with the right families and providing that family with the players contact information and biography
  • Help place new players to the team throughout the summer
  • Communicate with the Host Families and players over the summer to ensure everyone is having a positive experience
